Meet the Coach

Ethan is a graduate of Acadia University’s Bachelor of Kinesiology program and the owner of RW
Performance Training. His approach integrates practical training methods with performance testing to optimize athletic performance.
In addition to running RW Performance Training, Ethan served as the Strength Coach for the Lakeland Rustlers Women’s Basketball Team in 2024 and facilitates testing combines for local organizations. Ethan currently trains a wide range of sports including athletes from Football Nova Scotia, Baseball Nova Scotia, Volleyball Nova Scotia, Basketball, Soccer, Hockey, and Swimming, among others.
Ethan has extensive coaching experience, including serving as the Senior Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Acadia University Women’s Varsity Basketball Team. He also coached with Acadia’s Performance Training program, working with clients ranging from cardiac rehab participants to elite athletes. From 2017 to 2020, Ethan was a strength coach at a High-Performance Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, where he developed training programs for youth athletes and high-level hockey players, including those competing in the NCAA, CCHL, OHL, QMJHL, AHL, KHL, and NHL.
With his extensive experience and leadership at RW Performance Training, Ethan is committed to applying sport science principles to help athletes achieve peak performance through personalized, evidence-based training programs.
